Frequently Asked Questions
Will my child be on the computer ALL day?
Absolutely not. We realize the children should not be behind a screen all day. We will have group activities, such as sketching ideas, arts and craft, dance and special guest speakers.
When is payment due?
Regardless of when you register, payment will not be applied until one week prior to the start of the session. This gives you maximum time to deal with last-minute scheduling changes. We will call you the Monday before your session starts and request your method of payment.
What is your refund policy?
You are entitled to cancel your enrollment with a 100% refund anytime prior to the payment due date, which is the Monday prior to the start of your session. If you must cancel after you have made payment, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. However, if you are able to refer another client to replace your child in that session, you will be entitled to a 100% refund. This is a win-win for everyone!
What happens if I'm late picking up my child, past 5:30pm?
The Seven Arts Center is open until 5:30pm for our regular students Monday-Friday, but we would appreciate timely pick-ups. A nominal fee of $5.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes after 5:30pm. Emergencies Understood!
How can my child be dropped off?
We provide "community drop off" for only an extra fee of $5 per week.
How do I become a part of the scholarship program?
Provide a copy of your TANF or Food Stamp card to receive a Seven Arts Scholarship for your child. The second child will be eligible to recieve $10 off with the scholarship.
Can I get a multi-child discount?
Of Course... we offer a $25 off ($80) discount for your second child!
Can I get a membership discount?
Yes, membership discount get $5 off of the regular full day price only!
